This report describes the design of a versatile gimbal structure for use in the West Aperture Room of the Army's Radio Frequency Simulation System (RFSS) for performing RF evaluation measurements of missile radomes and RF seekers. This report describes the computer code and the models developed to form the computer code used to analyze low frequency augmentor instability (rumble). Computer program 'PLUMOD' description and users' manual. PLUMOD is an integral part of the exhaust emissions measurement technique for afterburning turbojet engines developed for AFAPL.
