So the citation should be:
Synopsis Quatuor Evangeliorum Adposita Eorum Harmonia.Lipsiae: Sumtibus I. A. G. Weigelii, Prodierunt, 1825.
There are a couple of other works with almost the same title and one is edited by Gratz, but this book does not state the editor, so idk.
