If your library computers log the history, a Poor Man’s Substitute for the IA download count will be to check the browser’s history. You should check (i) the Read Online link, and (ii) all the separate file format links for all the items. A way to check the download counts for Firefox: The above information is saved in places.sqlite database in the mozilla profile folder.
