*it is a Community Organization 
working with other Agencies to serve 
the total community. 


*It is a democratic organization 
administered through Volunteer and Staff 
oartnership. The "Y" relies upon, and 
is very grateful to a large number of 
volunteers and part-time leaders and 
instructors. Without them it would 
not be possible to offer such a varied 
program of activities.
