J HEKEAS tlie Lieutenant-Governor in Council 
is empowered, under the “Public Schools 
1885, " to create School Districts, in addition to 
those already existing, and to define the boundaries 
thereof, and from time to time to alter the boundaries 
of existing Districts; it is hereby notified that His 
Honour has been phased to create the tract of land 
enclosed within the undermentioned boundaries n 
School District, under the title of tlio “Bonaparte 
School District,” viz. 

All that tract of land on the Cariboo Waggon Road 
situated between the. 116-Mile Post and the 126-Mile 
Post, and extending to a distance of three miles on 
each side of the centre of said road. 

Also, that His Honour has been pleased to create 
the tract of land enclosed within the undermentioned 
boundaries a School District, under the title of the 
“Cliilcotiu School District, viz.: — 

All that tract of land situated on the Fraser River 
b tween “Big Bar School District” and the mouth of 
the Cliilcotiu River, and extending east and west to a 
distance of five mill s on each side of said Fraser 
River. 

ADo that His Honour has be n pleased to create the 
tract of land enclosed within the undermentioned 
boundaries a School District, under tin: title of the 
“ Nicola School District,” viz.: — 

Commencing at the south-west corner of section 25, 
township 91, Kamloops Division of Yale District; 
thence due north three mil's; thence due east five 
miles ; thence due south three miles ; thence west to 
the point of commencement.
